Summary:
The Back of House (BOH) Team Member / Dishwasher plays a crucial role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, washing dishes, and assisting with basic prep work.
Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils efficiently

Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal

Assist with food prep as needed (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients)
