Job Description
You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your goal is to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
This is a franchisee-owned location and the employer is RNR Niceville LLC

Job Requirements
- You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Greet guests upon entrance
- Guide guest through menu and make recommendations
- Anticipate guest needs
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Ensure the guest experience exceeds expectations of the guest
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 50 pounds
*Assist with take out orders
*Must follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding selling alcohol
