Job Description
We are looking for hosts/hostesses to join our staff. A host or hostess makes sure our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. They create a warm and welcoming environment for patrons from the moment they enter the establishment. A host’s duties primarily focus on ensuring the guests have a positive experience throughout their entire visit.

Job Requirements
Host Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; and answer customer questions.
Inform guests of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff.
Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
Tend to guests’ needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service.
Help fellow team members by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages, cleaning, and stocking.
Contribute to team efforts to maintain positive working relationships.
Assist with to-go orders and 3rd party delivery orders.
