As a host, you set the tone for every visit — making guests feel valued, cared for, and excited to be part of the show. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys being at the center of the guest experience.
Job Requirements
What You Will Do
- Greet guests with a genuine smile, warm energy, and confident hospitality.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and ensure a smooth handoff to the service team.
- Inform guests of current promotions and introduce their server.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations, questions, and general inquiries.
- Support the dining room by helping set and clear tables, replenishing water, serving beverages, and keeping the space tidy.
- Assist with to‑go orders and 3rd‑party delivery pickups.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout each guest’s visit.
- Contribute to a positive, team‑focused environment.
