Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic To-Go specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and packaging take-out orders, and ensuring that all orders are delivered to our customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements
To-Go Specialist Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, take their orders, and prepare their take-out meals according to their specifications.
Package take-out orders accurately, neatly and in a timely manner.
Accepting & assembling 3rd party orders as well as call-in/walk-in orders.
Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before handing them over to guests.
Process payment transactions for take-out orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the take-out area.
Communicate clearly and efficiently with kitchen staff and other team members.
Ensure that all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are met and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service, including answering customer questions and concerns, and addressing customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Occasionally assist with other duties, as needed.
