CrabFest Returns with Bold New Blue Crab Creations

Restaurant Magazine is giving readers a taste of Rock N’ Roll Sushi’s newest seasonal menu: CrabFest, a limited-time celebration of premium blue crab running August 3 through October 25 at participating locations.

The lineup features two new specialty rolls. The California Dreamin’ Roll blends premium blue crab, creamy avocado and crisp cucumber, topped with toasted sesame seeds and a lemon wedge for a bright, citrus finish, starting at $12.99. For guests who like more heat, the Firecracker Roll combines blue crab, green onions and tempura crunchies with smoked salmon, fresh jalapeño, togarashi, sriracha and the brand’s signature Headbanger Sauce, starting at $16.99. Both rolls are rounded out by the Rockin’ Refresher, a tropical mix of mango and Minute Maid Lemonade starting at $4.99.

“While many sushi rolls traditionally feature imitation crab, CrabFest highlights premium blue crab paired with bold flavors and creative combinations, creating something memorable and distinctly Rock N’ Roll Sushi,” said Josh Patrick, vice president of procurement and culinary for Rock N’ Roll Sushi.
