RnR Sushi SMS FAQ

Description text

Welcome to Rock N Roll Sushi Text Messaging!

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions…

Q: How often will we be receiving these messages?

A: Sales: weekly. Newsletters: monthly.  Other messages: as-needed.

Q: Will this replace email communications for these items?

A: No, this will be in addition to email.

Q: Who will be receiving these messages?

A: Any employee who is assigned any of the following job codes:

GM (Hourly), GM (Salary), General Manager (Tipped), General Manager KMG

Manager (Hourly), Manager (Salaried)

Assistant Manager, Kitchen Manager

Franchisee/Store Admin, CORPORATE

Q: Do I have to let new employees know about this?

A: 100% yes.  You are REQUIRED to verbally alert any newly hired or promoted employees that they will be automatically opted-in for SMS messaging.

Q: How do I ensure terminated employees are not receiving these messages?

A: The employee list is pulled directly from Toast and updated daily.  If you have key employees that are no longer with you, it is critical that you terminate/archive them in Toast.

Q: What type of information will be sent?

A: You will receive critical information regarding LTOs, operational announcements, The Low Down and Marketing Matters newsletters, System sales information, IT updates and any other communications that are pertinent to your day-to-day business. Information specific to ownership may be sent exclusively to the Franchisee/Store Admin role.

Q: What if I don’t want a specific employee to receive this information, but they have been assigned one of those jobs?

A: The intent of using this group of employees is to make sure that people you have designated as key employees are up to date on all relevant corporate communications.  But if you wish to have someone removed from the list, email support@rnrsushi.com with the location and employee’s name and I will manually opt them out.

Q: I’m good with email and I don’t really need to get this over text also.  Can I opt out of text messaging but still get emails?

A: Absolutely.  If you are already receiving emails and don’t want these messages, simply reply STOP to any message.

Q: Can I text this number for support or with other questions?

A: Unfortunately not.  There is no mechanism to monitor incoming messages other than subscription keywords.  Any other incoming message will receive the following automatic response: This number does not accept incoming messages other than STOP (opt-out) or START (opt-in). Please email support@rnrsushi.com with any questions.

Q: My question isn’t listed.  Who do I ask?

A: Send an email to support@rnrsushi.com and we will get right back to you.
