Rock N’ Roll Sushi Announces Hardin Valley Opening

Rock N’ Roll Sushi is expanding its Tennessee footprint with a new restaurant opening July 22 in Hardin Valley, near Pellissippi State Community College. The location is owned and operated by John Flood and partners.

“Hardin Valley is the perfect place for Rock N’ Roll Sushi because this community appreciates places with personality,” said General Manager Micah Foster. “Our goal is to create more than a meal — we want every guest who walks through our doors to feel like they’re part of the show.”

The Hardin Valley menu features fan favorites including the VIP Roll, Punk Rock Roll and Spicy Tuna Rockstars, alongside hibachi entrées, shareable appetizers and ramen bowls, with beer available and cocktails planned to follow.

Rock N’ Roll Sushi Hardin Valley will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
