Rock N’ Roll Sushi Debuts in Taylor, Michigan

Rock N’ Roll Sushi has crossed into a new state, opening its first Michigan location at 23370 Eureka Road in Taylor’s “Eureka Way” retail and entertainment corridor. The restaurant marks the brand’s 78th location nationwide and its arrival in the Great Lakes region.

The Taylor location is owned and operated by Silvia Maruncic and Hicham Bazzi, who are cooking up something new with the brand after Bazzi built extensive franchise experience developing several Tropical Smoothie locations across Michigan.

“Hicham and I are grateful for the opportunity to make history by bringing Michigan’s first Rock N’ Roll Sushi to the community,” Maruncic said. “Taylor is the ideal place to introduce a concept that combines bold flavors, a high-energy atmosphere and genuine hospitality.”

Founded in Mobile, Alabama, in 2010, Rock N’ Roll Sushi has built its following on creative takes on traditional sushi rolls paired with classic rock culture — record-style menus, music videos, and a “Dine Out Loud” approach that turns an ordinary meal into a front-row experience.
