Rock N’ Roll Sushi Expands Tennessee Presence with Knoxville-Area Opening

Fast Casual is the latest outlet to spotlight Rock N’ Roll Sushi’s newest Tennessee restaurant, opening July 22 at 10837 Hardin Valley Road — the brand’s 12th location in the state and part of its continued growth across the Southeast.

The Hardin Valley restaurant is owned and operated by John Flood and partners, with General Manager Micah Foster noting the community’s appreciation for “places with personality” as a natural fit for the brand’s high-energy concept.

Guests can expect signature rolls like the VIP Roll, Punk Rock Roll and Spicy Tuna Rockstars, along with hibachi entrées, appetizers and ramen bowls. The restaurant will serve beer at opening, with cocktails to be added later.
