Rock N’ Roll Sushi Prepares to Crank Up Downtown Montgomery Dining Options

Rock n Roll Sushi plans to turn up the volume on Montgomery’s downtown dining scene when it opens in a few weeks. It’ll be the second city location for the music-themed chain, which features rock decor and specialties like the KISS Roll.

It’s setting up now at 36 Dexter Avenue, next to Momma Goldbergs and Island Delight. That’s the former Belk Department Store building that was converted into a loft apartment complex by local developer Foshee Management.

Rock n Roll Sushi was started in Mobile by Alabama natives Lance Hallmark and Gerry Mach in 2010. They started franchising five years ago and now have over a dozen locations across Alabama and Mississippi.
